Everyone needs a hobby. Some people enjoy tinkering with old cars. Others like to hunt, garden, or cook. Or maybe your thing is playing the guitar, singing, or playing sports. For me, I enjoy making furniture.

The thought of being able to take sticks of lumber and turn them into one-of-a-kind pieces of furniture is very rewarding. The smell of fresh cut sawdust and the feel of a finely sanded door panel are simply added bonuses.

A lot of really nice furniture can be found in stores, but it's not unique. It is one of thousands of pieces that look just like it. (And if you look at the label, it was probably made in China.) You may be able to find something close to what you're looking for, but it may be a little too small or not exactly the right color. And it doesn't come cheap.

I'm proud to have the opportunity to share my appreciation for wood while also making custom handmade furniture to fit your needs.
